Century Radio was one of the first regional radio station licences awarded by the (then) Radio Authority (now Ofcom).

It launched in 1994 and served a large area of the UK - from North Yorkshire to Northumberland.

This website is a tribute to the original Century's launch and early years of broadcasting until it changed hands and was later re-named.
